In compliance with the company philosophy of enhancing local products, we have created candied clementines coated in dark chocolate. The typical tangerines from Calabria are thus candied, cut and then covered in dark chocolate, with a method that allows the preservation of the entire fruit. This creates a pleasant contrast between the crunchy external surface and the soft and sweet of the fruit inside, which releases part of its juice, preserved despite cooking.
