ORGANIC LEMON MARMALADE
The Aiello lemon marmalade is obtained by using organic lemons from Calabria, whose cultivation is particularly widespread on the lush coastal terraces of the towns of Bagnara calabra and Scilla and in the upper Jonio - indeed, it is there that the “Rocca Imperiale IGP” is harvested.
After all, the natural landscape plays a big role, protecting the plants growing in the hills and mitigating the climate with the influence of the sea, giving life to a precious fruit. Intense yellow in colour, full of juice, with an elongated shape and pleasant flavour, an enveloping aroma and rich in vitamins, it has a high content of limonene, higher than other varieties. This makes it particularly rich in beneficial properties: invigorating, antiseptic, digestive. And now, enclosed in a jar, all these benefits can comfortable reach your table.
