We pick the best fruits, we work them with care and according to tradition, candying them with a slow and lasting process to allow you to fully savour their taste and aroma. Moreover, the coating with fine dark chocolate makes these fruits true delights for the palate and high expressions of the art of confectionery.
In line with consumer trends we also added candied ginger, selected from the best varieties we get from the countries of origin of this root.
